Yes. Short version: we never sell your data, we don't show your kids to advertisers, and all data is encrypted in transit and at rest on infrastructure hosted in the U.S.
Kid profiles are stored under the parent account, not as separate accounts — Recess is fully COPPA-conscious by design. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
